For our client - an international automotive company we are looking for candidates for the position:

Process Engineer
Place of work: around Konin, Wielkopolskie

Wymagania

• University or above degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years job experience in chemical industry (production, process engineering or R&D). Having experience in the rubber or Silicone rubber molding and/or extrusion fields is a plus. At least experience in plastics injection molding and/or extrusion is required
• Project management skills to manage and communicate technical projects.
• Good communication skill (both with local and foreign colleagues)
• Good computer skill with MS-Office and CAD
• Good English level in reading, writing and speaking
•Good Polish level in reading, writing and speaking , native speaker is a plus
• first experience in using an ERP system (SAP or others) is a plus
• first experience in using process improvement tools or participation in process improvement work groups, e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen, CIP or comparable
• willingness to partly extensive travel within Europe (Germany, France, Poland , USA )
• Self-motivated and have a good team work spirit
• Honest, loyal and adheres to the company rules and ethics.
• Capable of transition into larger engineering or production roles.

Obowiązki

• In charge of the FLS Silicone production line, including planning, production, quality control, etc…
• Cooperates with the QA department for process quality control and quality insurance system
• Coordinates the FLS equipment maintenance, production tool design and responsible for process optimization
• Manages directly the FLS production team
• Communicate and coordinate technical project management and communicate timelines and understand financial impacts.
