Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of German/ French/Danish
• Communicative English skills
• Higher degree
• Comprehension of IT area
• Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk,BPO/SSC
• Knowledge of Ms Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
• Serving customer’s technical questions in German
• Resolving of technical customer’s problems
• Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
• Registrations of problems in the system
