Country Manager ( e-commerce )
Wymagania
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent field
• Critical mind, project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience in e-commerce will be regarded as an advantage
Obowiązki
• Managing everyday operational activities of the company
• Developing and implementing ideas that improve the efficiency of everyday processes within the company (information management systems, business process as such etc.)
• Coordinating integration of the IT systems for the Poland market
• Participating in development and implementation of marketing strategy of the company
• Providing periodic market researches and overview of the tendencies in the market
• Analyzing and evaluating the operating results of the company
• Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties
• HR management and employee recruitment
