Candidate's profile:
• Experience in supporting of a global infrastructure environment
• Operating system support
• Windows 2003, 2008 (certification preferred)
• RedHat Linux 5 and 6 (certification preferred)
• Application support
• SQL, IIS, Active Directory
• Clustering and Load Balancing
• Java
• Network
• Basic knowledge of IP 4 (addressing, subnetting, routing)
• VMWare / general virtualization concepts (certification preferred)
• General Backup and storage concepts
• Symantec NetBackup
• Network Appliance (NetApp)
• Usage of Microsoft office products Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio
• Usage of Management Tools
• WSUS
• HPSIM
• Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Nagios
• ITIL (minimum “foundation” certified)
• Good communication skills in English
