Leader Service LLC as the Personnel Consultancy Agency, which is certified by the record number 6451 for our Client, an international IT Outsourcing company is currently looking for candidate for the position of IT:

Help Desk Analyst (French language)
Work place: Krakow

Wymagania

To be successful candidate on this position you need have:
• Very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of French
• Help desk, customer service, or support experience with problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude to work

Obowiązki

Responsibilities:
• Providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users
• Routing problems to support staff
• Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
• Administering and providing User Access and Exit controls.
• Providing input into published knowledge base Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
