For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position as a Team Leader French or Flemish Speaker (Insurance sector)

Wymagania

Requirements:
•Min. 2 years of experience in Insurance activity and Protection Products, managing Claims
and Complex Contracts / Finance background
•Min. 1 year of experience in managing people (min. 10-12 people)
•Fluent French or Flemish
•Very good English
•Strong Customer Service experience
•Very good working knowledge of MS Office tools and Excel is a must
•Able to organize work in compliance with the operational procedures and Quality System
•Ability to organize information and build action plans to meet Customers (Partners and Clients) needs
•Ability to balance Client situation with company profitability
•Experience in mapping and writing procedures

Obowiązki

Job purpose:
•Supporting the Project Manger during the implementation phase
•Preparing DTP & PM for the processes
•Leading the delivery team (10-12)
•Providing quality assurance for French speaking processes
•Coordinating the daily/ weekly and monthly reporting to FP
•Cooperation with the Quality Auditor with regards to process quality and improvements
•Cooperation with Command Center
•Involvement in process improvements
