For our Client, one of the international companies located in Wroclaw, we are looking for high motivated, French speaking Candidates for the position: Customer Service Specialist
Wymagania
• Proficient French (oral and written),
• At least communicative level of English,
• University degree (preferable),
• Very good business attitude and problem solving,
• Experience in customer service will be an asset ,
Working knowledge of Microsoft package, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Obowiązki
• As a team member you will be responsible for answering customer queries via phone and email, creating new user accounts, work regarding high standards and internal procedures.
