For our Client, an international outsourcing Company in the field of IT services, we are looking for Russian speaking Candidates for a Customer Service Representative position.
Wymagania
Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of Russian, very good knowledge of English,
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to make quick decisions,
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
Obowiązki
Job description:
• Creating and updating database, checking its correct functioning;
• Handling telephone calls;
• Creating new accounts / adding new users and updating the database changes.
