Senior Procurement Expert (Oil and Gas Industry) - Vienna, Austria

Wymagania

• University or college degree (Engineering / Economics)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction / energy industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Fluent English
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment with heavy work load
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Ability to efficiently share and manage available time

Obowiązki

• Preparation and execution of pipeline construction-related pre-qualification and procurement tenders including: pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations, scope of work documents, instructions to tenderers; managing in-house preparatory works (evaluation scheme and methodology, internal discussions, documentation supporting relevant decision making processes
• Participation in respective negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in the procurement process
• Work closely with the Technical Department and Legal Department of the company in drafting construction service contracts and related documentation, including procurement related agreements
• Construction-related procurement planning and reporting
