For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant / Senior Accountant Czech or Turkish Speaker (AR department)

Wymagania

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance,Accountancy or Economics preferred
• Minimum 1,5 year of experience in accountancy in one of: AR area
• Very good Czech or Turkish skills are required
• Good English skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to enhance process and controls
• Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Transition experience will be an advantage

Obowiązki

Transition phase:
• Develop an understanding of the current state processes
• Perform AR daily tasks on site
• Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
• Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AR areas
• Establish very good relationship with the client
• Identify potential quick improvements within the processes

Delivery phase:
• Maintain AR scope as described above
• Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
• Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
• Support Team Leader
