For our Client, well-known multinational company, being a leader in IT branch, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of: IT Specialist in Customer Care Department- French or German or Dutch or Czech Speaker
Wymagania
• university degree (IT background will be an asset)
• fluent knowledge of French or German or Dutch or Czech (both oral and written)
• fluent knowledge of English ( both oral and written)
• good IT knowledge
• paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking
• strong ability to solve problems
• previous experience in IT Department will be an advantage
Obowiązki
The person hired on this position will be responsible for:
• daily IT support, ensuring high level of service
• solving IT problems
• cooperation with French or German or Dutch or Czech customers
