Credit Suisse has opened a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wroclaw. This is one of the global key initiatives, with the aim of making better use of the expertise of its employees worldwide and deploying its resources with a high degree of efficiency

The Management Accounting organization of PB COO (Private Banking Chief Operating Officer) provides management information to various Credit Suisse stakeholders. It contributes as well to strategic projects (ex. empowering the organization with economic profit) and manages a global infrastructure, operations and application landscape.

Wymagania

Strong financial background and high IT affinity
Deep knowledge of Client-Server and Web application development
Experienced in Object-oriented and scripting languages (Java, VBA, ASPX etc.)
Experienced in relational databases (MS SQL Server 2008, Oracle 10g or newer, MS Access
2003 or newer)
Skills in controlling and/or accounting
Project experience and conceptual skills
Distinct flair for data and figures
Good command of English and German (written and spoken)
Fast learning and highly service-oriented personality
Banking knowledge/flair
Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Hyperion/Oracle Essbase (OLAP) development knowledge is an asset
Willingness to dislocate and live permanently in Switzerland

Obowiązki

Overall goal:

Maintain, migrate and develop existing MIS modules and programs
Enhance existing and create new reports for key stakeholders of the Private Banking Division
Work closely with our colleagues in the Center of Excellence (CoE), Wroclaw
Be part of the Management Accounting Operations team in Switzerland
Operate, enhance, optimize and document existing processes
Contribute to various new and ongoing project activities as a Business Analyst

Responsibilities and key tasks:

Migration and realization of project modules for the Management Information System (MIS)
Extensive responsibility for maintenance and production, later conception, and development of MIS modules and applications
Programming, automation, and documentation of applications
Accomplishment of recurring operational production processes
Handover of operations to outsourced team
Support and contact person for internal customers and MIS related questions
Project support and analysis of business requirements
Check and improve reports, verify and ensure data quality
