Department overview:
The e-Sourcing team manages the support services related to SAP e-Sourcing application and Dow Jones Supplier Risk Monitoring Dashboard system. The team is responsible for providing support services on user technical support and administration, e-Auction support and e-RFx support. This includes system maintenance and improvement, internal and external (suppliers) training, change management and driving global adoption or implementation of new e-Sourcing processes.
The team in Wroclaw provides global support to all regions for user technical support and administration, deliver internal and external (suppliers) training, system maintenance and e-Sourcing process management.

2-3 years of experience in customer support role (help desk, call centre)
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and German
Degree in IT related discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer orientation and problem solving attitude
Assisting e-Sourcing Lead (SGP) in overseeing operational activities and staff management in Wroclaw
Managing relationship with regional representatives
Reviewing and improving processes on ongoing basis
Proactive identification of areas of improvement and efficiency for sourcers and team
Ensuring user technical queries are answered and addressed
Delivering application and e-Sourcing process training to both internal and external (suppliers) users
Leading system or process improvement initiatives including upgrades installation and change management
Managing Data Quality and SLA Metrics
Experience with e-Sourcing systems would be desirable
Knowledge of front to back procurement process, Supply Chain Management or Strategic Sourcing would be desirable
