Supply Management is part of the bank's CFO division in Shared Services. It is responsible for identifying, engaging and managing the suitable suppliers to deliver commercial and operational value to Credit Suisse across all regions and divisions. For any expenditure category, it leads all commercial supply matters in partnership with the businesses, manages demand, mitigates risks, optimizes cost and quality, and ensures the timely and efficient delivery of the procured goods and services. Supply Management seeks mutually beneficial relationships with the suppliers who play an integral role in helping Credit Suisse to provide superior financial services to its clients around the world.

The Procure-to-Pay Functional Support team is an effective and efficient support for Credit Suisse's internal clients and suppliers. It serves as an advisory service in case of questions regarding:
Procure-to-Pay processes (Procurement, Reporting or Payment)
Tool functionalities (PeopleSoft and Oracle BI Apps)

The team in Wroclaw, Poland provides user and production support for the Swiss and EMEA business users. In your role you will work closely with the IT, Procurement and Payment departments based in Wroclaw, London, Zurich and Singapore.

Wymagania

Understanding of procurement and/or payment business
Strong analytical skills
Detailed-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team worker
Customer orientation and problem solving attitude
Resource with good IT skills - particularly PeopleSoft
The ability to manage several cases simultaneously
Experience in a Financial Industry environment
Knowledge of any of the following tools is a plus:
eProcurement, Services Procurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, General Ledger
Strong MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
Solid English and German language skills
French and Italian language skills are a plus

Obowiązki

The PeopleSoft Functional Support role will be to provide support to PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay applications including eProcurement, Services Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal and Accounts Payable.

Change and Incident Management:
Providing expert support on request of internal clients or suppliers
Helping internal clients and suppliers to understand the operational aspects of the Procure-to-Pay process
Managing the lifecycle of a request or an incident
Liaising with other teams required for incident resolution or analysis of request

Functional Support:
Creating and updating specifications to continuously improve the Procure-to-Pay solution
Coordinating with technical support team and other business functions as required
Co-ordinating the implementation, testing and configuration of new technologies, including upgrades, hot-fixes and patches

Configuration Management:
Maintaining security and access rights
Maintaining approval settings
Maintaining system configurations

Data administration:
Obtaining and setting up supplier master data
Operating and maintaining data, including validation accuracy
