We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our new Business Process Management (BPM) Support Centre of Competence and build effective partnerships with key business stakeholders from PB Operations in Zurich.

Wymagania

Your success will depend on the following competencies and experiences:
• Completed business studies with high flair for data and figures. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience is an advantage
• Experience in working in a business environment with Business Process Management and Performance Management. Knowledge in data mining and statistics is a plus
• Knowledge in Web design tools (share point and intranet site parameters design)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel know how). Additional knowledge of SQL, Java and other scripting languages is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and quality in the work delivery
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German are necessary for this role. English is a plus.

Main goal of this role:

Technical realizations of Performance Management Dashboards in the area of Private Banking

Among Your responsibilities and key tasks there will be:
• Design and run dashboards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) based on business requirements given by project teams using a drag&drop tool called iGrafx Enterprise Modeller
• Generate, run and improve visual data transformation scripts using an ETL Tool (Extract, Transform, and Load) from iGrafx
• Ensure effective requirements management for business customers
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Provide active support to accelerate execution of BPM projects
• High degree of independence in the job, by managing your own time and work (book of work)
• Teamwork with people in Zurich in a complex environment together with BPM- and Technical experts
• The opportunity to work with cutting edge methods and tools and participate to a best practice in the banking industry
