Credit Suisse has opened a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wroclaw to leverage the worldwide expertise of its employees and to support Credit Suisse strategic business objectives and initiatives for future growth.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the Project Initiatives team within Business Services and Initiatives in Wroclaw. This team supports Swiss based Product Manager in product development and professional product-life-cycle-management.

Wymagania

Your success will depend on the following competencies:
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• University degree in Business Economics (Banking and Finance preferred)
• Very good knowledge and experience in working with Excel (including Pivot and VBA), Access and Power Point
• Ability to analyze processes and develop process maps (knowledge of ARIS would be an asset)
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple priorities
• Capability to quickly grasp information and adapt to new tasks assigned
• Detailed-oriented and creative approach with questioning mind
• High sense of responsibility and quality in the work delivery

Obowiązki

You will become a member of an international team and will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Product Management Support for Bundles and Safekeeping accounts:
o Maintenance of product related documentation (marketing and product materials)
o Support the development and maintenance of business case (implementation of new elements, logics and pricing models)
o Competitor analysis including conclusions
o Trend analysis
o Analysis of processes and preparation of process documentation
o Maintenance of sales tool and Intranet pages
o Handling ad-hoc requests
• Administrative support within Project Management Office
o Organization of meetings and conference calls including preparation of agenda and meeting minutes
o Preparation of status reports (gathering and consolidation of information)
o Tracking of tasks/requirements list
o Content driven support by presentations concerning different product and client topics
