Legal and Compliance (LCD) provides legal and compliance support to all business divisions and Shared Services functions across all regions of the bank. Our goal is to protect the reputation of Credit Suisse by ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and know-how to comply with all applicable internal policies and external rules and regulations. We support all areas of the business as they undertake the important task of managing their legal and regulatory risks. In addition to our advisory role, we develop and issue policies, conduct compliance training and perform monitoring and surveillance activities.

Wymagania

Skill profile:
• Master Degree in Law
• Additional relevant education, in particular in the area of custody, trading and securities law
• Practical experience in banking, especially custody, advantageous
• Interest in complex operational processes within an international legal and regulatory environment
• Ability to efficiently and independently communicate with internal and external parties
• Fluent in English, orally and written; German, Italian or French would be an asset

Obowiązki

You will become a member of an international team responsible for the following tasks:
• Assessment of the regulatory framework for investments in foreign markets where Credit Suisse offers trading and custody facilities
• Recommendations with regard to market specific restriction to the management
• Provide and design internal and external communication and documents to relationship managers and international locations
• Provide respective advice to relationship managers and Credit Suisse's international locations
• Close coordination with the head office in Zurich (incl. willingness to travel)
