Wymagania

Experience/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of work experience (desirably in a multinational organisation);
• Fluency in English and German;
• Very good MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint;
• Flexibility and ability to cope with change as well as a fast-paced intense work environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Capability of multitasking and working under pressure;
• Ability to perform Stakeholder Management;
• Administrative skills;
• Pro-active attitude with ability to exercise personal initiative;
• Very good ability to work independently;

Obowiązki

The role encompasses the following activities:
• Support transition of new functions;
Manage transition project portfolios and coordinate deployment tasks with business project teams and the local support functions;
• Build up long term relationship with the local authorities;
• Implement improvements in the CoE set-up and define local on-boarding procedures;
• Prepare development plans;
• Provide local expertise and prepare market skill set analysis and internal CoE promotions materials;
• Maintain and optimize transition and project documentation (dashboards, share drives, intranet etc.);
• Active role in all planning and strategic CoE Wroclaw initiatives;
• CoE Wroclaw deployment controlling;
• Initiate necessary corrective measures to ensure all business functions adhere to local on-boarding procedures, regulations and business related agreements;
• Control of proper monthly invoicing, payment cycles and cost allocation;
• Monthly consolidation of headcount incl. reporting activities;
Act as CoE Wroclaw OE controller in terms of all structural and functional CoE changes;
• Meetings management and ad hoc related tasks;
