General Counsel provides legal and compliance support to all business divisions and Shared Services functions across all regions of the bank. We support all areas of the business as they undertake the important task of managing their legal and regulatory risks.

Wymagania

• University degree in economics - specialization in finance or banking is an asset
• Good understanding of the complexity of financial products and services
• Desire to perform in a control function
• Sound analytical skills
• Fluency in English - written and spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other accepted office applications

Obowiązki

You will become a member of an international team responsible for the following tasks:
• Surveillance of trading activities of the firm's investment banking trading activities
• Communication with other compliance officers across all regions of the bank regarding specific firm transactions and potential violations of firm policies
• Execute compliance controls and conduct reviews of trading activities at the firm
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and internal audit requests
• Manage multiple, deadline-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
