We are currently looking for talented individual to join Securities Master Data in the following role:
Junior Business Project Leader
The role of the Business Project Leader is to support the existing project team in planning strategic development and create solutions to prevent existing problems as well as increase internal client satisfaction. In addition to project management skills required, this person should have the high customer support skills. The person should be proficient in business processes as well as have a financial background to support the whole organization’s requirements.
Qualifications and assets:
- 2 years experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on solutions definition, operations and service provisioning based on cross border virtual teams
- Analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation / effort analysis
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and methodology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills, strong formal presentation abilities in order to interact with business partners and senior management
- Ability of cooperation in international environment
- Cross-functional project management skills, ability to detail, monitor and report project progression as well as communicate effectively across functions to ensure alignment
- Ability to act independently; and take initiative
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Knowledge of banking and financial instruments would be an asset (Reference Data)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology would be an asset
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a must
- Willingness to travel is required
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business teams and IT representatives to collect and prioritize requirements in order to further development of securities master data department.
• Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
• Managing all, people, partners and technology, effectively to ensure success projects, changes, incidents resolution and other operations
• Conduct business evaluations of reference data information, presents results and concrete recommendations
