The Business Services and Initiative area as a part of PB COO (Private Banking Chief Operating Officer) provides support for projects on swiss-based and global scale. It contributes to strategic and operational projects as well as manages local initiatives within the Center of Excellence in Wroclaw.

Wymagania

Your success will depend on the following competencies
• Graduate degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent (e.g. Business or Finance degree)
• Experience in business analysis in banking or finance connected with experiences in project management
• Experience in software testing for business environment (including test planning, creation of test cases and test execution)
Banking knowledge/experience and project management experience are higher weighted than technical knowledge
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Perceptiveness of business processes within IT applications
• Very good knowledge of Excel, including Essbase Cubes queries via Excel
add-in tool would be advantageous as well as knowledge of Data Warehouses and SQL queries
• Knowledge of VBA and Access will be an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and quality in the work delivery
• Detailed-oriented and creative approach with questioning mind
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• High degree of independence on the job (self starter)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of German language will be an asset

Obowiązki

Main goal of this role:
Senior Business Analyst / Functional Test Expert will need to study and analyze business application's requirements incl. documentation as well as support an international team in preparation of testing documentation and execution of test cases in order to fully verify the system's functionality.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a complex international environment and participate in a best practice in the banking industry.

You will become a member of an international team responsible for the following tasks:
• Project Management Office support and reporting
• Analysis and documentation of business requirements and specifications
• Definition of key elements for application's functionality that are critical for testing
• Identification and prioritizing of testing elements as well as providing with ideas for efficient actual vs. target value analysis
• Development and maintenance of a testing plan and comprehensive set of test cases based on requirements documentation
• Independent run of tests and detailed results documentation
• Execution of complex queries in SQL
• Definition of application's target values according to business requirements and comparison with the results of IT implementation
