The Financial Management organisation of Private Banking looks for a member of Controlling Services Department to strengthen its capabilities and to support the growth of the business.

The Financial Management Department of Private Banking provides financial management information to support and drive the business. Measurement of the success of the organization and the capability of transforming the complex business models into comprehensive management information is the key mandate.

Wymagania

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Higher education in Economics, Banking, Finance or
• Higher education in a technical science with 2nd field of study in Economics, Banking or Finance
• At least 2 years experience in Banking/Controlling/Accounting
• Advanced Excel/Access knowledge up to VBA level, very good MS Office skills
• Fluent in German, oral and written
• English is an additional asset
• Excellent analytical skills and holistic thinking, flair for data and figures
• Service oriented and reliable personality with the drive to develop

You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how the success is measured. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will be a part of the build-up of this team from the beginning. In this challenging role in a dynamic and high-performance environment, we can offer various tasks:

• Monthly production of the internal Reporting for the Division Private Banking
• Maintaining internal reporting structures in various systems
• Adapt and improve existing reports
• Assists business units in the budgeting and planning process;
• Implement process improvements through automation (e.g. VBA)
• Collaboration with various Stakeholders within Financial Management
