Your success will depend on the following competencies:
• HR experience, within an HR advisory capacity.
• Relationship management experience, consulting skills and demonstrable evidence of influence
• Employee relations expertise – managing hiring, termination, working time related administration; handling performance management, handling grievances, compromise agreements
• Ability to work independently to tight deadlines whilst balancing conflicting demands
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong influencing and communication (written and verbal)
• Financial Services Industry knowledge is an asset
• Fluent English skills (German is an asset)
• Degree educated
• Local HR professional qualification
In your HR generalist role you will be responsible for support of selected business divisions in Wroclaw. You will work with the HR team to deliver HR solutions to the business, drive through HR processes and contribute to firm wide HR projects and initiatives. You will consult and partner with clients to deliver these solutions, whilst maintaining an overview and delivery focus on transactional HR processes.
The roles encompass the following activities:
• Act in both an HR advisory and transactional capacity in the areas of staffing, employee relations, international assignments, performance management, compensation, promotion, benefits and diversity, working under the guidance of the HR Country Manager
• Production of ad hoc reports/statistics
• Ensuring that all personnel documentation is kept current and in line with local labour regulations
• Assist in the management of annual HR processes including, but not limited to, compensation, performance review and promotions
• Assist in development of HR processes to contribute towards efficiencies
• Interpret and implement Firm policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate local laws and regulations.
