The Management Accounting organization of PB COO (Private Banking Chief Operating Officer) provides management information to various Credit Suisse stakeholders. It contributes as well to strategic projects (ex. empowering the organization with economic profit) and manages a global infrastructure, operations and application landscape.

Wymagania

Training and experience:

• High level of project work experience
• Experienced in process design and documentation
• High flair for data and figures
• Quality awareness and willingness to perform
• Microsoft Office Tools: especially Excel and Access, VBA and Macros is an advantage
• IT languages as Java, Oracle (SQL) are a valuable asset
• Very good English (good German is of advantage)
• Fast learning and service oriented personality
• Banking knowledge/flair
• Higher education
• Leadership experience is an asset

Obowiązki

Overall goal:

• Support Feeder Management team of Management Accounting department - Private Banking Division - in executing operational as well as project tasks
• Assist our Swiss based Feeder Management team in enhancing the MA Operations control framework in matters of checking and monitoring the quality of data being delivered and processed for an accurate reflection of all published Management Accounting results
• Analysis, preparation and administration of Management Accounting feeder data coding
• Multifunctional cooperation in the closing process and feeder data stewardship
• Design and development of data quality processes

Responsibilities and key tasks:

• Support our Feeder Management team in performing closing process on time, efficiently and in adequate quality
• Administration, maintenance, reporting and analysis of Management Accounting metadata
• Assist our feeder management team in enhancing the control framework for checking and monitoring the quality of feeder data
• Create monthly reports and cockpits as well as ad-hoc analysis on request
• Development, administration and further enhancements of Access as well as Excel solutions
• Maintenance and advancement of a data quality tools
• Project work
