Experience/Qualifications:
• Higher education in Economics, Banking, Finance or Law
• Administrative skills and well organized
• Self-motivated, able to exercise personal initiative
• Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
• Motivation to work in multicultural / international environment
• Very good MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge)
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• German is an asset
You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered and organized. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will be a new member of our Compliance Admin Support team
Through these challenging roles in a dynamic and high-performance environment, we can offer various tasks:
• Acting as global point of contact for all questions regarding internal policies and procedures. Supporting authors during the entire document lifecycle from creating, publishing, renewing until revocation.
• Supporting Audit department in coordinating tasks between the business, internal and external audit. Tracking the audit cases, preparing audit documentation.
• Checking comprehensibility, formal presentation and logic of mandatory standards of compliance documents.
• Collaboration with various international Stakeholders within the global compliance function.
• Reporting regularly statistics & status of Compliance relevant topics to responsible units globally.
• Maintaining Compliance intranet and SharePoint sites.
