The Sector Business Services and Initiatives as a part of PB COO (Private Banking Chief Operating Officer) provides support for international projects. Business Services and Initiatives contributes to strategic and operational projects and as manages initiatives within the CoE and Private Banking overall.
To support rapid growth of Business Services and Initiatives in Wrocław we are currently
looking for:
Business Project Manager - Front Solutions
Main goal of this role:
Business Project Manager will support Project Managers in delivering strategic projects within Private Banking and Front Solutions of Credit Suisse.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a complex international environment and participate in a best practice in the banking industry.
Your success will depend on the following competencies:
• Proactive, innovative and efficient way of working
• Academic degree in Economics
• At least 2 years experience in project office or project management (internship counts as well)
• Good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written), one of which is fluent
• Advanced knowledge of office automation tools (e.g., MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience in financial services industry is an asset
• Experience in or familiarity with Internet Technology is an asset
• Ability to quickly grasp the tasks assigned and assimilate information
• Striving for best practices and high quality service and delivering superior customer service on time
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple priorities, flexibility for extra services and ad hoc tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work out of Wroclaw in an international environment for project teams located abroad
• Commitment to continuous development of new technical, business and personal skills
You will become a member of an international team responsible for:
• Project administration support
Setting up and administering project infrastructure
Project planning
Organization and preparation of project meetings and conference calls
Data collection for the project managers
• Project reporting and progress tracking
Preparation of status reports
Uploading project information and documentation into the project management
tools
Progress, risks and issues tracking
• Project documentation
Process engineering
Preparation of ad-hoc project documents
Creation of training materials and guidelines
• Global FrontNet Release process management
