Design Service in the CoE in Wroclaw provides a central state of the art service to support the employees of Credit Suisse Private Banking (PB) in creating, beautifying and correcting documents.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the Private Banking Design Services team in Wroclaw.


In your role as a

Design Services Operator with English and/or German

You will operate within the Design Services team in the Private Banking Chief Operating Officer (PB COO) of Credit Suisse in order to support Credit Suisse employees in creating, correcting and increasing attractiveness of PowerPoint Presentations, Word and Excel Documents, Brochures and Newsletters.

Operators are required to demonstrate strong Power Point/slide production and proofing skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to perform to a high standard under time pressure. They demonstrate professional communication skills in approaching employees within Credit Suisse of all levels to gain clarity around instructions and to offer expertise in visual communication.

Wymagania

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in a professional environment – preferably graphical or mathematical background and customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Fluent English and/or German – at least one language fluent written and spoken
• Service and quality oriented
• Self starting, proactive, flexible
• Team player, focused on details

Obowiązki

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit professional attractive documents (design, beautify and correct with regards to content, layout, wording, graphics and presentation of data)
• Align documents to the Credit Suisse Corporate Design guidelines (font, colours, layouts, language conventions), ensure consistency of all graphic, text and data elements
• Proof read in order to ensure quality of documents produced by other team members
• Provide creative advice and support to Credit Suisse employees on graphical layout
• Strongly focus on upholding good customer service skills at all times and adhere to workflow standards
• Track and ensure deadline that are going to be met
• Make decisions in regards to the operational jobs in coordination with supervisor if necessary
