Security Master Data (SMD) deals with opening of new instruments, maintenance, checking the accuracy of all incoming data and valuation prices.

To support SMD we are looking for:

Junior Process Specialist with Italian

Wymagania

Experience/Qualifications:

• At least one year experience in business/administration/sales etc (internship programs count as well)
• Administrative skills and well organized
• Knowledge of finance/banking/capital markets(financial instruments) etc.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
• Motivation to work in multicultural / international environment.
• Legal background (company law, legal wording) is desired
• Team work ability
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel)
• Very good Italian is a must
• Very good English

Obowiązki

The responsibilities are (but not limited to):

• Securities management in internal data base
• Working on request provided by internal customers
• Data verification using different information sources to ensure high quality service
• Maintenance of high quality and in-time processing of daily business tasks
• Maintenance of contact with operating locations
